What we collect

We may process information you give us directly, such as name, email address and message content when you contact us or request a demo. In the product we may process work-related data needed for the lock log, such as names of project users and logged actions.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to deliver and improve the services, follow up inquiries, ensure traceability in the lock log, and fulfil customer agreements. Processing is based on contract, legitimate interest, or consent where applicable.

Sharing and retention

We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service (for example hosting providers), or when required by law. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose, the agreement, or legal requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing to the extent provided by privacy law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
