These terms apply to the use of Energizer and related services provided by Digvalley AS.

The service

Energizer is a digital lock log for planning, recording and following up locking, isolation and testing. Access is granted under agreement with Digvalley AS. Features may change over time to improve the product.

Accounts and responsibility

The customer is responsible for correct user access and for the accuracy of information recorded in the system. Credentials must be kept confidential. Misuse or attempts at unauthorized access are not permitted.

Data and intellectual property

The customer owns their project data. Digvalley AS owns the software, design, documentation and other intellectual property related to the product. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with the agreement.

Availability and liability

We aim for stable operations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Digvalley AS is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or consequences of incorrect field use, beyond what mandatory law requires.

Termination

The contractual relationship follows the individual customer agreement. On termination, access may be closed and data handled in accordance with the agreement and the privacy policy.
